Created boss fights, enemy behaviors, theatrics, combat encounters and area blockouts using Vicarious Visions proprietary Laboratory and Alchemy tools and engine
Worked closely with concept artists, animators, level designers, environment artists, and engineers to develop readable and challenging yet fun enemies and combat zones

Doomlander Boss
Bowslinger
One of Kaos’ Doomlanders, this boss attacks by shooting seven arrows in a 180 degree horizontal array, and then teleports to different waypoints in the arena before attacking again. The Bowslinger’s second attack phase adds and an alternate attack that shoots three homing arrows. During the third phase other enemies are summoned to slow to player.

Swamp Enemies
Splatterpillar
These large, horned caterpillars charge a the player, but when the player is near, they slam their horns into the ground to perform an electrified area attack.
Frightening Bugs
Frightening Bugs lob balls of energy from their abdomens at the player.
Zapper Bugs
Attacking in swarms, zapper bugs fly in and try to sting the player with their electrified abdomens.
Glob Goblins
Glob Goblins can enter a combat area by jumping out of the water. They attack by lunging at the player and stabbing downward with their sparking spears.
Temple Enemies
Tribal Trouble
This enemy slams balls of energy into the ground which arc and bounce towards the player, exploding on contact.
Voodoom Dolls
Voodoom Dolls swing their axes down upon the player.
Troll Enemies
Troll Poacher
Troll Poachers try to keep their distance and attack by shooting at the player.
Troll Cannon Crasher
These heavy enemies attack by smashing the spiked butts of their cannons into the ground, and firing a mortar round at the player.
